- 1 Bottle champagne (on ice)
- 20 saffron threads
Coarsely grind the saffron threads in a mortar. Fill the champagne glasses with the Prosecco and sprinkle a small pinch of saffron into each.
Allow to infuse for about 30 seconds and enjoy.
Makes a perfect aperitif and works especially well with a sweet and fruity Prosecco.
