Saffron Coffee with Baileys

Whether as a quick cup to go, a big frothy mug or a tasty macchiato, whether to wake us up in the morning, to accompany a sweet treat or simply to indulge: For over 500 years this miraculous dark brown bean has been converting us into unconditional coffee fans. We couldn't live without coffee in our daily routine, and thanks to its immense popularity it is available in all imaginable forms – now also with tart MIASA saffron and creamy-sweet Baileys liqueur. The warmth of the coffee brings out a particularly fine saffron aroma – let the flavours dance on your tongue.

Ingredients

4clBaileys
4shotsMIASA Saffron Espresso + frothed milk
1Pinchground saffron

Preperation

Prepare 4 shots of espresso with saffron, and allow them to cool.

Fill 4 whiskey tumblers each with 1 cl of Baileys and add 1 shot of espresso each.

Top up with cold frothed milk and sprinkle with a pinch of saffron.
