Saffron Balsamic Vinegar
100 ml finest Saffron Essence with Balsamic Vinegar from Modena
- No artificial coloring, thickener or preservatives added

The dark red saffron threads are of unrivalled quality. You cannot get better in this world.
Production and treatment method: Mild, summer warm climate with a warm autumn with low rainfall, cold winter as well as loose, sandy soil. Harvest is done by hand in October and November of every year. Stigma remnants are dried until water content is down to 5-20%. The drying process prevents deterioration and mold. It causes the characteristic aroma and the crumbly consistency of saffron. In order to maintain the aromatic scent, saffron should not be boiled for too long. It is recommended to soak the strands in a bit of lukewarm water and add it to the dish along with the liquid at the end of cooking. More intensive colouring can be achieved when grinding fresh saffron threads.
