The Miasa Cocktail Challenge

Our Australian partner, Kollaras, challenged Bartenders all over the country to submit their very best Saffron Cocktail recipes containing MIASA’s delicious Saffron Liqueur. After trying the many amazing submissions they received, Kollaras has passed along the very best recipes for you to try.

The winner of the competition was a Barkeeper from South Coast, a few hours south of Sydney, with this incredible creation.

  • 15ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 5ml MIASA Safran Likueur
  • Prosecco to top off
  • Lemon rind as a garnish

 

An honorable mention goes to another Bartender hailing from Sydney’s Darling Harbour, who impressed the judges with this recipe.

  • 30 ml MIASA Saffron Liqueur
  • 30 ml Captain Morgan Jamaican Black Rum
  • 15 ml Lemon Juice
  • Cinnamon and sugar as a garnish on the rim
